When 2017 #ONESHOT Hair Paint Winner Mika Rogerson (@mikaatbhc) posted this rich and multi-tonal balayage, we had to break it down for the BTC fam.   • Formula C (toner)

    Redken Shades EQ 9T + Clear + Shades EQ Processing Solution

FORMULA STEPS

  1. Apply Formula A to the roots. Process, rinse and blow-dry.
  2. Then, balayage by applying Formula B in 3-inch horizontal panels and leaving out enough hair for built-in lowlights. Process, then rinse.
  3. Tone with Formula C, process and rinse.
