  • Formula A (base):

    Wella Professionals Color Perfect Permanent Creme Gel Haircolor 1 oz. 4G + 1 oz. 5N + 2 oz. 20-volume Wella Professionals Color Perfect Stabilized Creme Developer 

  • Formula B (highlights):

    1 oz. Scruples ILLUSIONIST Brilliant Creme Highlights 7N + .07 oz. Scruples ILLUSIONIST Accelerator Powder + 1.5 oz. 20-volume Scruples PURE OXI Creme Developer

FORMULA STEPS

1. Create a middle part, then starting in the front, work in diagonal sections and apply Formula A to the base. 

 

2. Take 2- to 4-inch panels and gently tease the hair. Then, paint highlights with Formula B starting in the back and place each section in foil.

 

Pro Tip: Make sure to leave large sections of the base color between each highlight so the color will pop!

 

3. Process for 20 minutes, then shampoo, condition, blow-dry and style as desired.
