While the internet can’t stop buzzing about Hailey Bieber’s pink floor length Alexander Wang gown with the thong back at the 2019 Met Gala, we’ve got our eyes on her beachy blonde haircolor courtesy of Redken Brand Ambassador Ryan Pearl (@ryanpearl23). Not only does it makes us wish summer would come sooner but bright highlights and rooty dimension is the ultimate combo for low-maintenance clients.
“We did a highlight to break up her root a bit, but also kept some of her natural base peeking through to compliment her golden tan and pink dress,” shares Ryan. “Hailey loves changing up the tone of her blonde throughout the year…She can pretty much rock any shade of blonde with her skin tone, so it gives us a lot of options and makes it easy to color.“

1. Start by painting highlights with Formula A to brighten everything up and let process.
2. Rinse, then apply Formula B to the roots and Formula C to the midlengths and ends to tone and add some shine.
3. Rinse again, then wash with Redken Nature + Science Color Extend Shampoo and Conditioner.
