FORMULA STEPS
1. Section hair into three parts—two on each side and one in the back. Divide each section horizontally into three even parts.
2. Balayage each section by creating panels using Formula A. Let it process for an hour and wash out.
3. Tone the hair with Formula B and let it sit for 20 minutes.
4. Proceed to shampoo, condition and style the hair as desired.
