FORMULA STEPS

1, Apply Formula A to the regrowth and process for 15 minutes. Rinse and blow-dry.

2, Apply Formula B to the roots.

3. Alternate panels of Formulas B, C and D. Megan included a fourth panel of faded pink from a previous application that was two months old and left that out as a highlight.

4. Rinse and condition.

5. Blow-dry the hair, then blunt-cut with zero elevation. Use Sexy Hair Healthy Sexy Hair So Touchable Weightless Hairspray to prep the hair. Curl the hair in 1 ½-inch sections, alternating the direction of the curls. Finish with Sexy Hair Healthy Sexy Hair Surfrider Dry Texture Spray.
