COLOR FORMULAS

  • Starting Level:

Leftover balayage with a small amount of new growth.

  • Formula A:

    Goldwell Topchic® 30mL 6K@KK + 10mL 6RR@RR + 10mL 7OO + 25-volume developer + b3 Brazilian Bond Builder

  • Formula B:

Matrix SOCOLOR Cult Semi-Permanent Orange Alert + b3 Brazilian Bond Builder

FORMULA STEPS

1. Touch up the roots by applying Formula A and let process.

2. Rinse, then apply Formula B over her pre-existing balayage and let process.

Pro Tip: If a client’s red hair seems to brown out, don’t tone with demi-permanent color. Elise says toning with semi-permanent color instead will make everything POP.

3. Shampoo with Vibrant Sexy Hair Color Lock Shampoo, then apply Vibrant Sexy Hair Vivid Memory before blow-drying. “I love using the shampoo to scrub the hairline after applying a fashion color,” shares Elise. “No one wants a harsh look, and I can feel confident that it won’t pull the color off her hair or alter the look!”

4. For the style, create loose, lived-in waves with a 1-inch curling iron. Then, apply Vibrant Sexy Hair Color Lock Hairspray for extra hold and Vibrant Sexy Hair Rose Elixir for added shine.
