Braided Ballerina Bun

BTC Member Alwyn DiGregorio knows a thing or two about braids. Whenever she posts on her community page, we can’t get enough! Here’s Alwyn’s Braided Ballerina Bun, the perfect look for any special occasion!

HOW-TO STEPS

    1. Blow-dry hair until completely dry and spritz with Sebastian Volupt Spray.

    2. Pull hair into a high ponytail and secure around the base with bobby pins.
    3. Split hair into 3 or 4 sections, depending on thickness.

    4. Spray one section with Sebastian Trilliant and loosely braid each section. At the end of the braids, hold one of the three pieces tightly and slide the other two up toward the base. Secure with a small rubber band.

    5. Repeat the braiding technique on all remaining sections. Spray the ends of the braid with Sebastian Shine Define.

    6. Curl all ends with a ¾-inch iron.

    7. Wrap the braid around the ponytail in a bun formation, concentrating the braid end in the front and secure with bobby pins. Fill in any gaps with the curled ends of the braids until the style looks like a rounded bun.

    8. Spray with Sebastian Shaper Fierce to hold the style in place all night!
