Classic Highlight and Tone

Toning can be like throwing a chiffon scarf over a glaring lightbulb. It softens the light and creates an even, pleasant glow. In this case, the model’s hair was a too-solid, monochromatic blonde. Next, in the back section, apply Formula B only to the scalp area, angling the brush to create a sweeping motion. This will create natural looking depth at scalp area. Apply Formula C to the midlengths and ends. Process up to 20 minutes. Rinse, clean and condition with Total Results™ Moisture Shampoo and Conditioner.
