Here’s the first collection in a trilogy from the fertile realm of Mark Hayes’ imagination—a global tribe that celebrates community, and at the same time, leaves room for hyper-individuality. Visual codes are mixed and re-mastered to create these visions of youthful cool. Graphic perimeter shapes combine with invisible layering to create shapes that can shift from bold and graphic to unexpected and editorial. Color is graduated in a series of subtle fades that diffuse from dark to light or light to dark up the length, or is applied in elliptical lines that orbit the head. Soft rose moves through blood red to a rich red crimson—colors blend and coalesce from blue, violet to black. Join the tribe. Then be prepared to stand out from the crowd.
