Heading Out Hair and Beauty’s Amelia LaRosa took inspiration from the Land of the Rising Sun for her collection “Tokyo Girls.” Submitted as a collection for the “Apprentice of the Year” award at Hair Expo, Tokyo Girls has great design lines and strong shapes.

Tokyo Girls is all about color, shape and free expression. It’s youthful, whimsical, fun and light, much like the young lady who created it. At the same time, it has strong lines and shapes and eye-catching bold colors.

From curls to zigzags, the looks are full of interesting textures and playful shapes.  Ornaments adorn the hair and create diverse, inspirational looks.
