This bold, blonde style embraces a decidedly ‘30s-inspired aesthetic that recalls a young Betty Davis meets Fay Wray. To get this look of old-Hollywood glamour with a modern edge, prep wet hair with a strong hold gel and set dry hair with a 1-inch curling iron in alternating subsections. Curl the top sections slightly off base and direct hair toward the face. Then comb the hair into an ‘S wave pattern to create a golden halo of fingerwaves cascading
around the face.
