The inspiration for this collection by Australian Hairdresser of the Year Oscar Cullinan comes from one of Alaska’s most dramatic sights, the thousand year old cliffs-of-ice at “Glacier Bay”.

“As I cruised from Vancouver to Anchorage, feeling as though the summer months were drifting away from me and catching distant glimpses of the Northern Lights, I was struck by the purity of this vast remote landscape.”

Using white as a base and dark as a backdrop, I concentrated on capturing an icy cool portrayal of innocent and untouched beauty.  The Glacier Bay Collection incorporates strong structured lines with large cascading curls and an eerie feeling of wind swept, bleakness.  This is the spirit of Glacier Bay.
