MIDOMA Salon & Gallery in New York City created this collection- Life, Balance and Peace– using classic shapes, basic colors and fundamental symbols to create a timeless look with a modern twist.

Many clients come to the salon with damaged hair, whether from multiple hair treatments or extensions, resulting in dull color and thinning ends. Often, this problem can be solved simply with a shorter style and rich, dynamic color.  The MIDOMA team does an updated version of the classic bob and shows the myriad ways it can be styled to suit any occasion.

“We wanted the focus placed upon the mobility of each hairstyle,” explains Michael Schwarzer, lead stylist and co-owner of MIDOMA.  These easy-to-create-and-maintain looks can adapt to any situation, balancing out the life of your clients, giving them one less thing to worry about.

The MIDOMA team used Wella Koleston Perfect to add dramatic shades of black velvet to the hair, which corresponds perfectly with the textures in this fashion-forward collection.
