Sink into your “Empire State of Mind.” Inspired by New York City – Uptown, Midtown and Downtown in particular – hairstylist David Stanko sought to go to the “roots” of his New York fascination though innovative coloring techniques. First is the “Downtown” look, which features randomly highlighted pieces. Second is the “Uptown” look, a unique blend of all-over grey coverage followed by highlights. Finally, there is the “Midtown” look, a blend of highlights and painted pieces.
