Sophistication by Nicky Oliver

For this collection I was inspired by computer technology, the workings of inside the machine. The Matrix had a direct impact on me and this is where my idea first began. From here I looked at what makes technology work and and the how the chips, wires, mother boards and other parts interact with each other. I brought in a cyber feel to the collection by using minimal, but structured garments.

Contemporary by Davina Graham

I have always appreciated the style and grace that film stars carry,  especially from the 1950’s and 1960’s. It was this effortless sophistication which I wanted to take though into my collection. I decided to give it a contemporary twist to bring the styles into the modern day and show that glamour can work just as effectively in the twenty first century.
