Leatherhead and Monroe Hairdressing Salon Hairdresser Victoria Nebbett was up against six other stylists for the British Hairdressing Newcomer of the Year Award, and it was this stunning collection that sealed the deal for the win.

“I was so pleased to win the title of Newcomer,” said Nebbett.  “It means so much to not only myself, but everyone connected with Monroe Hairdressing.  This award is also a great tribute to the fantastic year for the entire team at Monroe Hairdressing and I would like to dedicate this award to them, especially my mentor Gary Gill, as without their amazing help and support I would not have won this award.”
