Blue Dahlia, a futuristic collection from the Ruiz Salon Team, was founded on principles of symmetry, shape and color. It features a shimmery showcase of metallic curls, spirals, twists and extensions configured for unique/contrasting woven, spiraled and silky smooth textures.
