Aveda has released its first-ever hair color collection and guest artist collaboration with the Madrid-based trio, X-presion (@xpresioncreativos). The Graphic Organic Collection features the trio’s signature graphic style while incorporating shapes and patterns from nature. They were inspired by naturally occurring fractals, where geometry and precision meet chaos and scale.

“We’ve always been fascinated by the visual side of math, in this case when organically appearing geometric patterns and fractals meet the eye and repeat and overlap to generate endless possibilities, scale and incredible colors. We brought this idea to our approach,” explained X-presion.

X-presion views hair as a canvas that requires unlimited tonal customization for their cutting-edge techniques. The partnership with Aveda formed naturally as Aveda Full Spectrum hair color provides the trio with infinite customization through an extensive color palette.
