Alternative Hair Show ’06- London
Imagination reigned as the dreamlike visions of Regalia prowled a London catwalk on Sunday, October 15th at the 2006 Alternative Hair Show held at the Grand Temple, Freemasons Hall in Covent Garden.
As always, the event was designed to raise money for the Leukaemia Research Fund and 18 top international artistic teams all donated their time to aid this cause including: Vidal Sassoon, Rainbow Room, HOB, Tim Hartley, Mahogany, Easy Hair Fehringer, Sean Hanna, Ales International, Mikel Luzea, Brooks & Brooks, Wiel & Ell Esser, Martina Acht, Cutler, Guy Kremer, Klaus Peter Ochs, Burlingtons, Carlo Bay,and Sanrizz.

Opening the show… hairdressing’s greatest icon: Vidal Sassoon, who after giving a presentation last year, agreed to become a Patron of the Charity and who has become an energetic supporter of Alternative Hair. As he said before the show: “I became involved with this extraordinary organisation with enormous pride and curiosity. ….What energy curiosity creates! I can think of no Alternative.”
