Created by AG’s Artistic Director Jami Symons, Metamorphosis represents fashion and style in constant motion with a selection of edgy and red carpet styles that are free flowing and carefree. Says Jami, “This year’s collection focuses on hair that embodies adaptability, flexibility and an overall whimsical feel.”

Metamorphosis begins with the cocoon stage, the point of origin. It’s when the client first comes in to see his or her stylist. It’s the foundation for the concept, the cut and the creation. The second stage is the transformation stage, which involves the products, the tools and the techniques. And, lastly, the final stage, metamorphosis — this is when the new form and the new outlook is created, whether it has a street wearable, edgy look or a red carpet, sophisticated style.
