As amika’s Global Artistic Director, Naeemah travels the world as a platform artist and master trainer—sharing her skills and unwavering passion for the art of hair dressing. LaFond has implemented the brand’s global education program, and creates the hair looks featured in all of the brand’s advertising campaigns. She is also a regular presence at NYFW, working her magic on the strands of today's top models.
