WOW…after two days of education, the #ONESHOT Hair Awards, an epic pool party and a night where we partied like it was 1969, here we are—the final day of THE BTC SHOW 2019. It’s difficult for us to put into words the feelings we shared here in Washington, D.C. with 3,500 hairdressers. Not only are we leaving with techniques and tips we can immediately use in our salons, we’re also leaving with new friends, strengthened bonds with old friends and a renewed hunger to be the best we can be behind the chair. Texture Co-Lab

Victory Barber & Brand™
Fades, men’s texture and cutting for short hair—the Victory team totally delivered with a team hand-picked by brand founder @mattyconrad! The squad, featuring @markbustos, @kevinluchmun, @r.braid, @trends.by.taylor and @markisntabarber, gave us super usable and inspiring tips for all the short-haired folks in our chairs.
Balayage & Blondes Co-Lab
Whether you need tips for achieving subtle dimension, uber-blonding or even lightening for creative color, this Co-Lab had you covered. The all-star squad of Alfaparf Milano Brand Ambassador @jleighwebdoeshair, TIGI® Brand Ambassador @wesdoeshair, Ulta Beauty Vice President @nickstenson, Paul Mitchell Artistic Director of Color @colincaruso, ARC™ Scissors Hair Architect @shmeggsandbaconn and Schwarzkopf Professional Guest Artist @xo.farhana.balayage busted out the bleach and gave us a co-lab we will never forget!

We were LIVING for the cool NYC style amika brought to the stage. Global Artistic Educator @naeemahlafond and Artistic Ambassador @jhair_stylist threw down, showing us how to achieve extra texture and whip out serious braids.
Kenra Professional
The Kenra Professional team did not hold back on the styling and coloring education during their presentation! While National Artistic Manager @oliver_shortall emceed AND shared how men’s hair is evolving, Kenra Artist @davidlopezzz shared tips for creating waves and detailing a style, Artistic Ambassador @lo_wheelerdavis talked all things dimensional blondes and CosmoProf Beauty Artistic Team Member @christinakreitel shared her secrets for achieving the perfect shade of red.
Pulp Riot
Closing out the show started a RIOT—because Pulp Riot brought an entire squad, and the high-energy presentation was fantastic. @liz.colors, @lzhouseofhair, @thehairstylish, @garrettkenroach, @mandaharsche, @hairbykaseyoh, @rubydevine, @bottleblonde76, @michaellevinehair, @hairbymisskellyo, @katkolors and @jessscissorhands brought down the house.
