Platinum Ice (On Frozen Blonde)
Take her blonde down a few temps to a lovely shade of platinum ice. This striking formula, courtesy of hairstylist Chipo Mulenga from Modesto, CA, is winter wonderland chic, turning a traditional frozen blonde into a white-hot platinum blonde. “I have always loved making a statement in everything I do—dramatic and bold colors that stand out have always been my absolute favorite when it comes to the overall vision of my work,” shares Chipo. “When fall was approaching these colors definitely stood out to me because they are not so common in the small town that I live in, so I wanted my clients to stand out from all the other women with ordinary blonde hair.” According to Chipo, these bold colors aren’t for just anyone, they are for the ladies who want to turn heads as they walk into a room. COLOR FORMULAS 
FORMULA STEPS
1. Apply Formula A to the hair and process for 30 to 30 minutes, depending on hair level.
2. Shampoo and condition the hair with Joico K-PAK Shampoo and Conditioner. Leave the conditioner on for 5 to 10 minutes, then rinse.
3. Dry the hair completely and apply Formula B, allow the hair to process for a maximum of 30 minutes.
4. Shampoo the hair with Clairol Professional Shimmer Lights Shampoo, the rinse.
5. Apply Formula C and process for 30 to 40 minutes.
6. Shampoo and condition the hair with Joico K-PAK Shampoo and Conditioner. Deep condition the hair with Joico K-PAK Deep-Penetrating Reconstructor for 5 to 10 minutes, then thoroughly rinse.
7. Do not apply Shimmer Lights Shampoo at this point, as it will turn the hair either silver or purple. Blow-dry the hair until damp and apply Kenra Platinum Smoothing Cream.
8. Continuing drying the hair until completely dry, then apply Kenra Platinum Silkening Gloss.
9. Style as desired and finish off with Kenra Professional Shine Sprayand Kenra Professional Perfect Medium Spray 13 for a light hold on a blowout or style.
