Step 1: Section out the fringe area on dry hair. Using zero elevation, cut a sharp line using the PARAGON II from ARC™ Scissors. “It truly cuts through dry hair like butter which is super important when crafting lines,” shares Buddy.

Step 2: Now, layer and texturize at the same time with this cutting technique—use deep, V-shaped point cutting to create texture and movement while keeping the layers seamless. Then, slide cut a slight peek-a-boo face frame using customized sectioning.

Step 3: Create waves with a 1¼-inch Marcel iron and 1-inch flat iron. Alternate tools and directions with each section to create slightly messy texture with fullness and hold.

Step 4: Shake out the hair while applying Virtue® Perfect Ending Split End Serum throughout to add light shine and elasticity to the ends. Then, finish by applying Virtue® Texturizing Spray to the roots for fullness, body and airiness.
