How-To: ’20s Flapper Meets ’70s Rocker
As seen in the House of Holland AW16 collection, created by International Artistic Director and triple award-winning London Hairdresser of the Year, Cos Sakkas, and the label.m session team.

The intention behind this style was to merge the ’20s and the ’70s together. The team was thinking bold and graphic prints mixed with glamorous rock ‘n’ roll vibes.

Get it in your salon:
Prep the hair with label.m Sea Salt Spray, working evenly through the hair. Then, using your fingers, twist the hair into curls, section by section. How-To: The Warrior Woman
As seen in the Paul Costelloe AW16 collection, created by International Artistic Director and triple award-winning London Hairdresser of the year, Cos Sakkas.

Inspired by the 2015 blockbuster, “Mad Max Fury Road,” this look was created to showcase a strong, warrior-like woman.

Get it in your salon:
Prep the hair with label.m Volume Mousse and scrunch or blast-dry. Then, pull back the side areas and fishtail braid the hair halfway down, securing with an elastic. How-To: Utilitarian Cool
As seen in Judy Wu’s AW16 collection, created by International Artistic Director Chie Sato and the label.m session team.

For this look, the team worked to create a utilitarian vibe with strong silhouettes and technical patterns and prints. This collection was designed by a woman, for a woman.

Get it in your salon:
Prep with Extra Strong Mousse, then create a clear center parting. Brush-dry the hair using a grooming brush, and split hair horizontally around the head, crimping the bottom section two inches from the roots. From the nape, backcomb from roots to ends, then use an iron to smooth the hair from the middle of the shaft to the ends for added volume and neatness. Leaving the crown section smooth, backcomb the underneath section all around the head. Use label.m Hold & Gloss Spray close to the roots and place a net on top of the head. Blast-dry with warm temperature. Finish with a liberal spritz of
label.m Hairspray.

How-To: Pulled-Back Romance
As seen in Ashley Isham’s AW 2016 collection, created by International Artistic Director Efi Davies and the label.m session team.

This look, and the entire collection, was inspired by Russian artist Igor Skaletsky, who created thought-provoking pieces with classic paintings.

Get it in your salon:
Apply label.m Volume Mousse to the hair and blast-dry. Separate the hair from the crown to the ear, and secure the back into a low ponytail. Smooth using label.m Hairspray. Then, run your hands through the front section and cross over the hair under the ponytail, creating a knot that sits on top. Repeat the knotting technique one more time and secure with an elastic. Secure the look with a mist of label.m Hairspray.
