5 Bleach Touch-Up + Toning Videos That Are Pure Magic

Josie’s Bleach Touch-Up Tips:

1. Always use a clean brush! Josie’s favorites have light but sturdy bristles because it gives her more control.

2. Do not paint with lightener all over the brush—it looks sloppy and provides less control. Instead, Josie says to paint with the tip of the brush only. 

3. The consistency of the formula should be on the thicker side, resembling a cross between Greek yogurt and toothpaste.
