Professional techniques on Blow outs - videos/DVD's???

I have been a hairdresser for 16 years. I went to further my education @ year 14, at Sassoon, so I took 4 advanced academy classes. Now, I have been doing blow outs the whole time, my way. (whatever that is?) I am assuming that there is some special technique to learn how to do the PERFECT PROFESSIONAL BLOWOUT! The reason I say this, is because a former co-worker had some FORMAL training via Redken, hence placement of brush, technique, etc. I would LOVE to get ahold of such a DVD and see how other PROFESSIONALS do it there way/how/why etc. Could someone kindly forward some info for me?
