Your best bet is to get on the net and log onto the L'Oreal website and speak with a customer service rep. ASAP---Or you could go to your town's distributor or another local salon that uses the L'Oreal professional color line and see if they'll be nice enough to walk you through it.
If you get to speak with a customer service rep. ask if an instructional color dvd is available and order it.
