Hi can anybody tell me if they've heard of a brand of scissor called Highman? Are they any good? I'm looking for a new pair and I am told they are made of high quality japanese steel. They look great but I've never heard of them.
Please give me your comments.

Don't know of those, been in business 21 years--I checked out the new CHI shears--awesome-about $300. Might be worth you checking into. They also have a great texurizer, chunking shear and razor as well
