Do you know how to do this haircut yourself? If so, then the best way to teach her is to show her.... not tell her. Each time you get the request for this cut have her come over to watch as the haircut is being executed. From my experience I have found that words usually mean nothing until long after the cut is mastered and then it like "ah-ha!"
