I want to "Fire" I guess you would say a client.  How would you go about this?  I can never please her and she makes me very nervous when I do her hair.  She is very rude.  Help!!

i usually make it impossible for this type of client to get an appointment.if that doesn't work, i just do the bare minimum, no a** kissing, no nonsense. if she starts complaining, ask her " if i am so bad at doing your hair, why do you continue to come to me?"maybe she doesn't realize what a mean person she is. take the upper hand, don't let anyone make you feel like you aren't good enough.

I have "fired" several clients in the past.  I just let them know that since I have not been able to meet their expectations I will no longer do their hair because it is a waste of my valuable time and her money.  I hand her a list of 3 other local salons and tell her best wishes.   Several times they or their husband will call back begging to be a client and appologize for their past behavior.
