what can i do with my hair?

Long hair with natural color,that's my hairstyle.for a long time(3 years)...unbelievable...Now i am learning in a hair beauty school.There are a lot of fashion girls around me everyday.so i wanna change ,but i am afraid of changing,and i am not sure which haircut suit me(not tall with really square face) I just wondering keep long hair with layers or totally change?short hair?bob?

I know you've probably the busy sort. But i hope you can assist me...THX

square face's suit for long hair ,bob and short hair.because if you add volumn on the top of hair,it will make you square face looks longer.so the key point is the volumn on the top.if you know how to style and blow dry the top hair become volumn,you still can change any hair style you like.
