Lacking in styling skills

I recently graduated cosmo school and have been apprenticing for about 4 months. We have gone over styling but this is still a weak point for me. Could you suggest some resources such as dvds or books I should purchase? BTW I am a male stylist so this is a bigger challenge for me for now. Thanks!
