balanced layers help needed
Posted: Wednesday, October 22, 2008 2:39:22 PM
I have had several clients mention that when they part their hair with a side part, their layers aren't balanced. Does anyone have a layering technique that creates a balanced layering on both sides when the hair is parted on side.

If my client always part there hair on the same side, always, then I just cut their layers with it parted that way already. Its kinda like put highlights right down the middle of the crown and then have the client style their hair in such a way that all the highligt are gone! As long as they always part on the same side, i will cut it that way. If they are flippers and part on both side, then i use a center guide.
