I just seen the most adorable haircut! Let me describe: It was a shoulder length graduated angled bob with short layers in the interior. She had bangs too. When I tried to copy this cut, I kept getting a hole behind the ear. What am I doing wrong??

You need to overdirect back to the nape AND/OR when your above the ear you need to do the TAP to allow room for the ear. Mannequn sp? do not have ears humans do.
