Blind Ambition

We had an extremely talented deaf hairdresser on staff, and one day a new client called and wanted an appointment with the “blind hairdresser.” I said, “You mean Vinnie? He’s deaf.” Her reply was, “No, the blind one.” So I booked the appointed and told Vinnie what she said. When she arrived, Vinnie put on sunglasses and started feeling her hair, head and face. He picked up his shears and proceeded to open and close them. The look on her face was priceless!

That's What She Said!
Saturday's “That’s What She Said” Moment
I went out after work one night with a client who was also a good friend. She had a gift bag with her that had a Christmas dish towel poking out. I said, “Oh my God! Did someone ACTUALLY give you a dish towel as a Christmas gift?” Well guess what…that gift was for me! She used the towel to wrap a pair of earrings. I was so embarrassed!
