Not So Heavy Metal

Metallics were all the rage on spring runways and it’s a trend that has been adapted in haircolor with interesting and beautiful results. In the Goldwell Trend Zoom Virtualist collection, subtle juxtapositions of silver-grey, pastel violet and ice blue produce delicate metallic effects on lighter shades, and stronger accents on darker hues. Think silver, pewter and zinc. And on the other side of the spectrum, copper tones play a leading role in warmer shades, often juxtaposed with cool brown and sandalwood shades to evoke a variation on the metal theme.
