Some of us still have nightmares about losing our way on the
first day of school. That’s why at p!ay hair lounge
in Simi Valley, CA, every new client is immediately
greeted by name at the front door and taken on a tour of the
salon by a Client Coordinator. The tour includes important information

restrooms can be found. Clients are also informed that they
