  Natural Level 5 with faded color and grown-out highlights. The goal is a cool tone that looks shiny and healthy.

  Add depth and cool tone to the base color by applying Formula A from the roots to the midshaft, leaving out a 1-inch section at the fringe. Feather the application around the midshaft to avoid creating a strong line. Process for 30 minutes.

  Section a large circle at the top of the head.

  Create a diagonal parting at the hairline. In a single motion, backcomb the section once from ends to roots with a rattail comb. Using the remaining hair in your hand, take wide weave sections and apply Formula B. Place foils in a bricklay pattern. You should end up with 6 foils on each side.

  Take down the hair that was sectioned at the top of the head. Hand paint Formula C from midshaft to ends throughout the rest of the hair. Process for 20 minutes.
