New Ray of Sunshine Balayage by Colin Christopher
Color Formula (lightener): L'Oréal Professional Platine Precision + L'Oréal Majicreme 40-volume developer
Starting with pre-cut, dry hair, part the hair from the parietal ridge to the back of the ears creating three large sections. Use large butterfly clips to hold the sections in place.
Starting from the back left section, take a large slice from the center to the left ear. Hold this panel at 90 degrees to prevent bleed-through underneath. Gently feather the lightener from the midshafts to the root, then back through the ends. Be sure to saturate the ends with lightener.

Wrap the hair in cellophane and set for approximately 15 minutes with heat (20-30 minutes without heat). Check the color as it processes. Shampoo and condition with Shu Uemura Silk Bloom Restorative Shampoo and Conditioner. Finish and style with Salon Ziba Plump It Body and Volume and Salon Ziba Shape Up Hairspray.
New Ray of Sunshine Balayage by Colin Christopher
To complement Master Stylist Francois Fortin’s soft bob, Colorist Colin Christopher of Salon Ziba in New York City created this light, new ray of sunshine balayage. He simply made sure to overlap triangular panels to create a soft, subtle glow while highlighting the textured accents. This balayaged bob will be perfect for that breezy summer look.
